The Tenuta Tegolato estate offers nine luxury apartments, completely restored and spread across three different structures that have retained their original names: the Oliva building (olive house) consists of seven apartments (Fiori, Fusi, Rifugio, Aia, Viottolone, Lebbio, Ginestra), Fienile (barn) and Conigliera (rabbit house).
Almost all the apartments have separate entrances.
Viottolone was designed to comfortably accommodate guests with disabilities. The very spacious apartments have been elegantly renovated maintaining a classic style and respecting the distinctive features of the old Tuscan farmhouses, with terracotta-tiled floors and exposed wood beam ceilings.
All the bedrooms and living areas are equipped with air conditioning and heating and the double rooms all have king size beds.
The kitchens are fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, microwave oven and induction cooktop. In the bathrooms, you will find wall hair dryers and some have a bathtub.
A laundry room with washing machines and dryers is available to all guests.
Mosquito nets have also been installed over most windows and Wi-Fi is available in all areas.
The apartments were renovated in 2019 in accordance with strict rules to preserve their original state and using the highest quality materials.
The structures, all earthquake-proof, have been designed to ensure maximum comfort and excellent thermal and acoustic insulation.
To reduce energy waste and to ensure maximum safety, making guests stay even more comfortable, a home automation system has also been provided for access to all apartments.
Each apartment is within easy reach of the fabulous swimming pool overlooking the valley, where you can dive into the enchanted atmosphere of the Tuscan countryside.
